Sometimes it is hard to find the time to make it into the office to take care of your mental health.  I can make it easier for you, since I offer online counseling sessions. Because of technology, we can meet wherever is most convenient to you.

In a study performed by the University of Zurich, it was determined that online therapy actually outlasted the results of face-to-face counseling in the treatment of depression. So it is just as effective, if not more than traditional therapy. Wherever you are you won't have to miss a session!

I use, which is very similar to Skype or FaceTime, except it is more secure and HIPAA compliant. HIPAA is the federal law that protects your electronic healthcare information. You can use any device.


We know that know that exercise can combat depression, anxiety, insomnia, weight gain and other health and mental health conditions. Combining it with therapy has benefits of its own.


Sometimes telling someone your problems face to face is overwhelming. If you have had bad experiences in the past you may have built walls to protect yourself. Having someone stare at you for an hour can be too much to handle. Getting outside and moving can reduce anxiety. Nature can be grounding.
